We are proud to announce all men diagnosed with breast cancer in Massachusetts have access to a free recovery garment thanks to a generous grant from the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. This incognito garment is available for your patient or loved one. Please fill out the form below and we will be in contact with you to send the Jack® all-star baseball style men's shirt out right away. The shirt has many features to improve the quality of life, restore dignity and help manage post-surgery apparatus, and all that comes with the breast cancer diagnosis. This Jack® all-star baseball style men's shirt was designed upon request and has proven effective for many going through breast cancer. We hope this program makes it ‘a little easier’ for our men in Massachusetts. Special thanks to the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure for making this program a reality.
